When preparing the café in the morning, the first thing we put into use is the orange juice press. Each day we press 2 large boxes full of fresh oranges into delicious orange juice. The oranges are delivered directly to our center every week. The approximately 15 liters of freshly squeezed orange juice are usually gone within a very short time.
